How I Work

My approach is designed for clients who value consistency, healthy hair habits, and a calm, organized experience. As a hair care specialist in North Carolina, I focus on long-term results through thoughtful routines and intentional scheduling. Most clients visit on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule, depending on their lifestyle and hair needs. I offer both individual appointments and hair maintenance programs for clients who want their time and care locked in with a healthy hair stylist in NC they can rely on.All appointments are booked online and require a booking fee to reserve your time. This allows me to prepare properly for each client and deliver professional hair care services NC while maintaining a predictable, on-time schedule.To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I ask all clients to review my booking policies, including information on deposits, rescheduling, and appointment expectations, prior to booking. The Consistency Package
Weekly Hair Care Package

For clients who want consistency, not catch-up appointments.
This package creates a weekly rhythm for hair care, so nothing builds up, breaks down, or needs rescuing.
You get a dedicated weekly time or biweekly slot for routine care and polished results.

The Monthly Reset Package

For clients who want protective styling with consistency - not disruption.
This package keeps your hair cleansed, treated, and refreshed on a predictable monthly schedule, without the stress of remembering to book an appointment.
This package locks you in for an appointment every four (4) weeks.

  • Style takedown, detangling, pre wash treatment, detox cleanse & deep treatment conditioner

Booking Policies

Booking Policy

  • All appointments require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to book.

  • Appointments requested outside of normal business hours require a $50 convenience fee.

  • All booking and convenience fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

  • Reschedules or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

  • No-show appointments are cancelled immediately with no refund of booking or convenience fees.

  • Appointment times are reserved exclusively for the service booked and will not be extended for late arrivals.

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared according to service guidelines provided.

  • Excessive detangling, undisclosed hair conditions, or changes upon arrival may result in additional charges or cancellation.

  • Services will be performed only as booked; same-day changes or add-ons are not guaranteed.

  • All prices are firm and non-negotiable, reflecting expertise, preparation, and limited availability.

  • Requests for discounts, price matching, or fee adjustments will not be accommodated.

  • I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if expectations or boundaries are not aligned.

  • Booking an appointment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies.

Booking Fee, Hair Deposits & Payments

  • Each appointment requires a non-refundable booking fee that will be collected at booking on my booking site.

  • Booking Fee is Credited to Completed appointments for the original Scheduled times.

  • Non Transferable

  • One FREE reschedule is allowed per fee

  • 2nd Reschedule requires new fee

  • Hair Deposits are credited to the total balance and are used to purchase your hair.

  • Hair Deposits have a 48 hour Refund limit after initial booking, should you decide to cancel your appointment.

  • All cancellations after 48 hours, up until the time of your appointment will result in a 75% restocking fee or you can pick up your hair from the studio.

  • No additional Booking Fee is required when a deposit is collected - however only 1 reschedule is allowed.

  • Final Payments are Preferred in CASH, CASH APP or VENMO

  • Credit Card Transactions will incur a convenience 3% fee

Arrivals & Timely Service

  • Please arrive at your scheduled time only. Early arrivals will not be accepted.

  • Please come to your appointment by yourself unless you are a parent accompanying a minor.

  • Please wait in the waiting area of the salon until you are seated.

  • There is a 15 minute Grace period for every appointment.

  • You will be charged $1 per minute that you are late after 15 minutes.

  • You will be credited $1 per minute that your appointment has not started after 15 minutes.

  • After 45 minutes of no arrival, your appointment will be considered canceled.

  • If your appointment is delayed by more than 45 minutes due to stylist availability, your booking fee will be refunded and appointment will be rescheduled at your discretion

kids policy

  • Childen ages 5 - 12 are eligible for Non-Extension Appointments only (with the exception of braiding hair)

  • Ages 13 - 18 are eligible for all appointment types with parental consent.

  • All Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • When your child's appointment is finished, they will be sent to the waiting area for pick up.

  • Children will not be monitored once their appointment is complete so please ensure timely arrival. You will be sent a text about 15 minutes prior to the end of the appointment.

package policy

  • Package Scope & Validity - Hair care packages are structured service bundles designed to support consistency, hair health, and long-term results. Each package includes the specific services outlined at the time of purchase and is valid for the stated duration only. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the assigned timeframe.

  • Scheduling & Appointments - Appointments are reserved in advance to maintain consistency and availability. Missed or late appointments may result in forfeited services. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or may lose that session, depending on the service length.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations -

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule package appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that session with no replacement.

  • Package Modifications - Packages cannot be altered once purchased. Unused services do not roll over, convert to credit, or receive refunds.

  • Refund Policy - All packages are non-refundable once the first service has been rendered. This policy reflects the time, preparation, and reserved scheduling involved in curated hair care planning.

  • Client Responsibility - Results depend on adherence to professional recommendations, maintenance schedules, and at-home care. Hair integrity, lifestyle factors, and prior chemical history affect outcomes.
